Introduction

The TECLAST 13.4-Inch Android Tablet is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a large-screen device for work, study, entertainment, and more. With Android 16, 1920 x 1200 FHD display and 120Hz refresh rate, 128GB storage, and 20GB RAM, the tablet offers a great value for home, school, and on the go.

The keyboard, protective case, and stylus that come with it make this android device a compelling choice for those who want something beyond a regular tablet, while the 4G LTE, 8000 mAh battery, GPS, and expandable storage options are a definite bonus for the modern traveler or the busy parent.

TECLAST 13.4-Inch Tablet Review

Let’s take a closer look at this android tablet’s main attributes and see if it is the right choice for you.

1. 13.4-Inch FHD Screen With 120Hz Refresh Rate

This android tablet’s 13.4-inch display is perfect for reading, watching videos, browsing the web and playing android games.

The 1920 x 1200 resolution is sufficient for most purposes, but what stands out is the 120 Hz display that makes everything look smooth and fluid. The screen utilizes TUV-certified blue light filters to reduce eye strain.

Moreover, the tablet’s Widevine L1 certification ensures that you can enjoy your favorite android shows and movies in full HD when using the right streaming services. The listing mentions that you can watch Netflix in 1080p HD, but your results may vary depending on your subscription, the streaming platform, and the apps you use.

Lastly, the tempered glass that comes with the device has a factory-applied protection film.

2. Keyboard, Case, And Stylus

Some of the most appealing aspects of this TECLAST tablet are the additional accessories that come with it. The included bluetooth keyboard, protective case, and stylus make this android device much more versatile and valuable.

You can use the keyboard to type emails and documents, work on class assignments, or study notes. The stylus is good for taking handwritten notes or working on drawing apps. As for the case, it protects your investment.

This combination is good for getting work done or entertaining yourself when you are on the move. The tablet is compatible with apps like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Zoom (you have to download them separately).

It is important to remember that an android tablet cannot replace a Windows laptop, so some apps may not have the same functionality as on a PC.

3. Android 16 With Gemini AI, Google Play

TECLAST 13.4-Inch Android 16 Tablet comes with Android 16. This means you can enjoy all the benefits of the android operating system. Additionally, the listing mentions Gemini AI features for writing assistance, learning, productivity, and more. The tablet also has Google Play, which gives you access to thousands of android apps.

Other useful features include split-screen, floating windows, security, and parental control options. Overall, they are all good for maximizing your productivity and entertaining your kids.

Keep in mind that Gemini AI features are only available on certain apps. Moreover, some android apps may not have the same functionality as their desktop counterparts.

4. Octa-Core Processor, 20GB Advertised RAM, 128GB Storage

TECLAST 13.4-Inch Android 16 Tablet has an octa-core processor and 20 GB RAM. According to the listing, the 20 GB RAM is comprised of 6 GB physical and 14 GB virtual.

The virtual memory is basically an intelligent caching system that utilizes the available storage space to increase performance, so it is best not to think of it as 20 GB RAM. Instead, base your assumptions on the 6 GB physical memory.

If you want a device for daily use and light applications, this should be sufficient, but do not expect this android tablet to run graphic-heavy games or apps without a noticeable drop in performance.

As for storage, the device has 128 GB internal storage (for apps, photos, videos, etc.) and a micro SD slot that supports up to 1 TB of extra storage. This is enough space to store your media and other essential files.

5. 8000 mAh Battery

The 8000 mAh battery is perfect for maximizing your productivity and entertainment. You can use the tablet to attend online classes, read, surf the web, watch videos, and work on documents.

However, the battery will not last forever, especially if you increase the screen brightness or use the 120Hz refresh rate, connect to cellular data, and play graphics-heavy games. The listing does not mention how many hours you can use the device on a single charge, so it is best to avoid relying on a specific CTA.

Lastly, you can use your laptop or desktop to charge the device via USB-C, but be sure to check the cable’s specifications beforehand. The listing mentions that the battery has a standard charging speed, but it is unclear what the actual watts are.

6. 4G LTE, Dual Band WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS

TECLAST 13.4-Inch Android Tablet has a 4G LTE modem, so you can use it to access cellular data when you are away from WiFi. In addition to 4G LTE, the tablet has dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS.

Other useful features include the USB-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, and micro SD slot.

Before buying this device, make sure that your cellular provider utilizes the same 4G LTE bands, and check whether the tablet has the appropriate SIM card (some providers use different technologies). The listing does not mention which networks are supported.
