The Samsung 12.2-inch FHD 2-in-1 Touchscreen Chromebook Plus is a small and flexible laptop built for students, professionals, remote workers, and anyone who needs a device for everyday use.
With a touchscreen, a 360-degree hinge, a stylus pen, a wireless mouse, and Chrome OS, it offers a versatile setup that lets users switch between laptop and tablet modes.
### 12.2-Inch FHD Touchscreen
The 12.2-inch Full HD touchscreen makes it easy to browse the web, work on documents, watch videos, and use apps that support touch input.
The responsive screen also makes writing and moving around the interface feel more natural.
Its 360-degree hinge lets the display rotate all the way around, turning the Chromebook into a tablet-like device.
This feature is handy for students taking notes, reading books, giving presentations, or simply watching videos.
The included stylus pen gives users another way to input information, making the 2-in-1 design even more practical for tasks like writing, drawing, or scrolling through the touchscreen.
### Intel Celeron Processor and 4GB RAM
The Chromebook uses an Intel Celeron Processor 3965Y, which is energy-efficient and built for everyday use.
Paired with 4GB LPDDR3 RAM, it handles typical Chrome OS tasks like browsing the internet, using online tools, editing simple documents, checking email, streaming videos, and doing light multitasking.
This setup is ideal for people who mainly need a laptop for schoolwork, office tasks, web browsing, and cloud-based programs.
The simple and lightweight Chrome OS makes it easy to use for these basic needs.
### 224GB Storage Setup
One unique part of this package is its advertised 224GB total storage space.
The main Chromebook has 64GB eMMC storage, while the package includes a 128GB SSD docking station and a 32GB microSD card with an adapter.
This gives users extra room to store files like documents, photos, videos, and other data.
However, since some of the storage comes from external devices rather than built-in storage, buyers should understand that this setup is different from a standard laptop with 224GB of internal memory.
### 720p HD Camera for Video Calls
The Chromebook has a built-in 720p HD camera that’s perfect for video calls, online meetings, virtual classes, and other internet-based interactions.
For students attending online lessons or professionals in video conferences, having a built-in webcam simplifies the setup and eliminates the need for an extra camera.
### Intel HD Graphics
The device uses Intel HD Graphics, which handles everyday visual tasks like viewing web pages, playing videos, running presentations, and using other non-demanding programs.
This Chromebook is more suited for productivity and casual entertainment rather than resource-heavy graphics tasks.
### Chrome OS Experience
The device runs Chrome OS, Google's simplified operating system that focuses on ease of use, security, automatic updates, web-based apps, and cloud-based workflows.
Chrome OS is a great choice for users who mainly work with web browsers and cloud services like Google Docs, Gmail, online classrooms, cloud storage, and other compatible tools.
The built-in security and automatic cloud backup options make this platform convenient for students and everyday users.
### Compact and Portable Design
This Chromebook is about 11.35 x 8.20 x 0.67 inches in size and weighs around 2.98 pounds, making it small enough to carry from home to school, the office, or on trips.
The 2-in-1 design also helps with portability, as the same device can be used in laptop mode or folded into a tablet format.
