SYLVOX 22-Inch RV TV Review: 1080P FHD, 12V Power & Built-In DVD Player

The SYLVOX 22-inch RV TV is designed for travelers who want convenient entertainment in an RV, camper, boat, truck, or even at home. With a 1080P Full HD display, built-in DVD player, Google-powered smart features, AC/DC compatibility, and wide 9–32V DC voltage support, this TV offers flexibility for both travel and indoor use.

Smart TV Powered by Google

The SYLVOX RV TV provides access to Google Play, allowing users to download compatible apps for entertainment and streaming. It also includes a built-in ATSC tuner for compatible digital TV setups.

With Wi-Fi connectivity, users can access internet-based television, while Chromecast built-in makes it easy to cast photos, videos, and music from compatible mobile devices directly to the TV.

Built-In DVD Player

A particularly useful feature for RV and travel users is the integrated DVD player. It lets you enjoy movies and music without relying entirely on an internet connection, which can be helpful when traveling through areas with limited connectivity.

The TV also features 2 × 15W HiFi speakers designed to provide 3D surround sound. Bluetooth connectivity allows compatible speakers or headphones to be connected for a more personalized audio experience.

1080P Full HD Picture

The 22-inch display provides a 1920 × 1080 Full HD resolution, delivering detailed images for movies, television, streaming, and other content.

According to the supplied specifications, the TV also features a 178° ultra-wide viewing angle, 3000:1 contrast ratio, and 60Hz refresh rate. These features make the screen suitable for comfortable viewing from different positions inside an RV or room.

Wide 9–32V Voltage Support

For travelers, power flexibility is one of the most important features. This TV supports DC power from 9V to 32V, helping it accommodate varying vehicle power conditions.

It can also operate using AC power, and an AC adapter is included. This means the TV can be used not only in RVs, campers, trailers, trucks, and boats, but also in locations such as bedrooms, kitchens, lounges, or other areas of the home.

The wide-voltage design is intended to help protect the vehicle circuit when voltage changes sharply.

Frameless and Space-Saving Design

The frameless design gives the TV a clean, modern appearance, while the metal base allows it to sit securely on a tabletop.

For installations where desk space is limited, the TV supports wall mounting with a 100 × 100 mm VESA pattern. Its compact 22-inch size is particularly practical for RV interiors and other smaller spaces.

Connectivity and Monitor Function

The SYLVOX TV includes 2 HDMI ports and 2 USB ports, giving users convenient options for connecting external devices. It can also be used as a monitor when connected to a compatible device.

This makes the TV more versatile than a basic travel television, particularly for users who want to connect additional entertainment equipment.

Their open-ear design sits outside the ear canal, while the adjustable earhooks help keep the earbuds secure during running, workouts, commuting, and everyday activities.
