BERIBES Bluetooth Headphones Review: 65-Hour Battery, 6 EQ Modes & Bluetooth 6.0
The BERIBES Bluetooth Headphones are designed for listeners who want long battery life, adjustable sound, comfortable over-ear padding, and wireless convenience without a complicated setup. With Bluetooth 6.0, dual 40mm dynamic drivers, six EQ modes, a built-in microphone, and up to 65 hours of playback, these headphones are positioned as an everyday option for music, work, travel, and entertainment.
Their lightweight foldable design and included wired connection also make them practical for users who want flexibility between wireless and wired listening.
65 Hours of Playback
One of the biggest highlights is the advertised 65-hour playtime from the built-in 500mAh battery.
That makes the BERIBES headphones particularly interesting for people who listen throughout the day or don't want to recharge their headphones frequently. The listing also claims more than 950 hours of standby time after a full charge.
If the battery runs out, the included 3.5mm audio cable allows you to switch to wired listening when connected to a compatible device.
This is especially useful when traveling or when you simply don't want to depend on Bluetooth.
Six EQ Modes for Different Music Styles
The BERIBES headphones feature six selectable EQ modes, giving listeners the ability to adjust the sound according to their preferences.
The listing highlights options such as balanced sound, enhanced bass, and mid/treble enhancement. This flexibility can be useful because different genres can benefit from different sound profiles.
For example, someone listening to bass-heavy music may prefer an enhanced bass setting, while another listener may prefer a more balanced profile for vocals, podcasts, or general listening.
The headphones use dual 40mm dynamic sound units, designed to deliver the advertised HiFi stereo sound experience.
Lightweight Over-Ear Comfort
At approximately 0.38 lb, the BERIBES headphones are designed to be lightweight for extended use.
The adjustable headband helps users find a suitable fit, while the memory-protein earmuffs provide soft padding around the ears.
This combination can be particularly useful for people who wear headphones during long work sessions, studying, traveling, watching movies, or listening to music.
The over-ear design also provides a more immersive listening setup than many compact on-ear headphones.
Bluetooth 6.0 Connectivity
The headphones feature Bluetooth 6.0, with the listing stating that pairing can take approximately 1–3 seconds after powering on.
The advertised wireless range is up to 33 feet, although actual range can vary depending on obstacles, interference, and connected devices.
Another convenient feature is the ability to connect two smart devices simultaneously. This can be useful if you're watching content on a tablet but also want to remain available for calls from your smartphone.
Instead of manually disconnecting and reconnecting each device, the dual-device connection is designed to make switching between them more convenient.
Built-In HD Microphone
The BERIBES headphones include a built-in microphone, allowing them to be used for phone calls and other compatible voice communication.
For people working from home, attending online meetings, or taking calls while using their smartphone, having a microphone built into the headphones eliminates the need for a separate headset.
Microphone performance can vary depending on the environment and connected device, but the feature adds useful versatility.
Foldable Design for Travel
The headphones feature a foldable construction, making them easier to store when they're not being used.
The folding design can be useful for commuting, travel, school, office use, or simply keeping the headphones in a bag when moving between locations.
The package includes a 3.5mm audio cable and USB-C charging cable, giving users both wired-listening and charging options.
What's Included?
The package contains:
BERIBES foldable Bluetooth headphones
3.5mm audio cable
USB-C charging cable
User manual
The inclusion of the audio cable is particularly useful because it provides a wired backup when wireless listening isn't available or the battery is depleted.
Customer Review Perspective
From a user perspective, the BERIBES headphones focus on the features that matter most for everyday listening: long battery life, comfort, adjustable sound, wireless connectivity, and a backup wired mode.
The 65-hour advertised playtime is the standout feature for people who dislike frequent charging. The six EQ modes also give listeners more control over the sound rather than forcing everyone to use a single tuning profile.
The lightweight construction and memory-protein ear cushions are another advantage for extended listening sessions.
For users who regularly switch between a phone and tablet, the advertised two-device connection can also be convenient. However, as with any Bluetooth headset, actual wireless range and battery performance can vary depending on usage and environment.
