BX30 Wireless Earbuds Review – 90H Playtime, ANC, IPX7 & Ear Hooks
For runners, gym users, and anyone who spends a lot of time listening to music on the go, comfortable and dependable wireless earbuds can make a big difference. The BX30 Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds combine powerful noise reduction, Transparency Mode, long battery life, adjustable fit, and water resistance in a workout-focused design.
With up to 45dB of active noise cancellation, up to 90 hours of total playtime, Bluetooth connectivity, over-ear hooks, an IPX7 waterproof rating, and a digital battery display case, these earbuds are designed for active lifestyles and everyday listening.
Active Noise Cancellation Up to 45dB
One of the standout features of the BX30 earbuds is their Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology.
The earbuds are designed to provide up to 45dB of noise reduction, helping reduce unwanted background sounds such as airplane engine noise, subway sounds, gym chatter, and office distractions.
For workouts, commuting, or travel, ANC can create a more focused listening environment without requiring you to increase the volume simply to overcome surrounding noise.
The ANC function can be activated with a triple tap on the right earbud, giving you quick access without needing to reach for your phone.
Transparency Mode for Awareness
Noise cancellation isn't always appropriate, especially when you're exercising outdoors or need to hear people around you.
The BX30 earbuds include Transparency Mode, which allows ambient sounds and conversations to pass through while the earbuds remain in your ears.
A quick tap on the right earbud activates the feature, making it easier to hear conversations or stay aware of surrounding traffic without completely removing the earbuds.
This can be particularly useful for runners, commuters, and people working in shared environments.
Up to 90 Hours of Total Playtime
Battery life is another major advantage of these wireless earbuds.
The earbuds provide up to 8 hours of playtime, while the charging case extends total listening time to more than 90 hours when alternating between the earbuds.
That's enough capacity for extended travel or multiple workout sessions without constantly searching for a charger.
Actual battery life can vary depending on usage, volume, ANC, connectivity, and other operating conditions.
10-Minute Quick Charge
When you're short on time, the quick-charge feature can provide additional convenience.
A 10-minute charge provides up to 2 extra hours of listening, according to the product specifications.
This is useful when you discover that your earbuds are running low just before a workout, commute, or trip.
Digital LED Battery Display
The charging case features a dual LED battery display that shows exact battery percentages.
Instead of relying on simple blinking indicator lights, you can check the remaining battery level directly from the case.
This makes it easier to know when the case or earbuds need charging and helps reduce the chance of unexpectedly running out of power.
USB-C Fast Charging
The case uses USB-C charging, providing a convenient modern charging interface.
USB-C is widely used across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other accessories, making it easier to keep your earbuds charged without carrying a specialized charging connection.
Over-Ear Hook Design for Active Use
The BX30 earbuds use an over-ear hook design, which is especially suited to workouts and running.
The hooks help keep the earbuds positioned securely during movement, making them a practical choice for users who don't want traditional earbuds moving around during exercise.
This design can be useful for:
Running
Gym workouts
Cycling
Walking
Travel
Outdoor activities
The secure-fit design is also useful for anyone who prefers additional support compared with standard in-ear earbuds.
IPX7 Waterproof Protection
The earbuds feature an IPX7 waterproof rating, adding protection for active use.
This makes them suitable for workout environments where they may encounter sweat or water exposure. However, users should still follow the manufacturer's care instructions and avoid treating the earbuds as suitable for every type of water exposure.
For everyday exercise, the waterproof design adds an extra layer of practicality.
Stereo Bass Audio
In addition to ANC and Transparency Mode, these wireless earbuds are designed to provide stereo sound with bass-focused audio.
That makes them a good fit for music genres where energetic low-end sound is important, particularly during workouts and running sessions.
Whether you're listening to music, podcasts, or other audio content, the wireless design keeps your listening setup simple and cable-free.
Designed for Travel and Everyday Listening
The BX30 isn't limited to workouts. Its combination of long battery life, ANC, Transparency Mode, and a portable charging case makes it useful in a variety of situations.
At the Gym
ANC can help reduce surrounding gym noise, while the ear hooks help maintain a secure fit during exercise.
While Running
Transparency Mode can help you remain more aware of conversations and surrounding traffic when needed.
During Travel
The combination of ANC and long total battery life can be particularly useful on long flights, train journeys, and other extended trips.
At Work
Noise cancellation can help reduce distracting background sounds, while Transparency Mode allows you to quickly hear people around you.

The advertised 90+ hour figure refers to total playtime using the charging case and alternating the earbuds, rather than 90 hours from a single charge.
Also, ANC and other features can affect actual battery performance. Battery life will vary according to factors such as volume level, listening mode, connectivity, and usage patterns.
