Samsung Galaxy Fit3 40mm Review – AMOLED Fitness Tracker with 14-Day Battery

The Samsung Galaxy Fit3 is a lightweight fitness tracker designed for users who want essential health and workout features without the size or complexity of a full smartwatch. Its 1.6-inch AMOLED display provides a bright, colorful interface with responsive touch controls, making it easy to check activity data, notifications, workouts, and other information at a glance.

One of the strongest features is its impressive battery life. The built-in 208mAh battery can provide up to 14 days of use, depending on settings and usage. This makes the Fit3 particularly convenient for people who don't want to charge their wearable every night.

For fitness tracking, the Fit3 supports 100+ exercise modes and automatic workout detection for supported activities. It also provides several health-related measurements, including heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), sleep tracking, sleep coaching, and snore detection. These features make it a useful companion for monitoring everyday activity and developing healthier routines.

Durability is another advantage. With 5ATM and IP68 water resistance, the tracker is designed to handle sweat, rain, dust, and water exposure, making it suitable for active lifestyles. The large AMOLED display also makes workout information easier to read compared with many smaller fitness bands.

Our Verdict

The Samsung Galaxy Fit3 is a strong choice for Android users who prioritize fitness tracking, long battery life, comfort, and a bright AMOLED display. Its combination of 100+ exercise modes, automatic workout detection, sleep features, heart-rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, and water resistance makes it well suited for everyday fitness and activity monitoring.

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4.4

The biggest limitation is compatibility: iPhone users should look elsewhere. Android users, however, get a lightweight fitness tracker with excellent battery endurance and a useful selection of health and workout features. Buyers should also remember that this particular international model comes without a U.S. warranty, and the bundled charger is generic.

Their open-ear design sits outside the ear canal, while the adjustable earhooks help keep the earbuds secure during running, workouts, commuting, and everyday activities. What I Like The biggest advantage is the open-ear design . Instead of blocking the ear canal, the X-Open lets you hear environmental sounds while listening to music or podcasts. This makes them especially useful for outdoor activities where situational awareness is important. The adjustable earhooks provide a secure fit without requiring constant readjustment. They are designed to stay in place during movement, making them a practical option for runners and active users.
